New PCI ambassador programme launched to help bring personalised care to even more people

We’re delighted to be launching a brand new ambassador programme which will see us working with 20 highly-qualified, skilled and passionate professionals from across a range of specialisms – including GPs, nurses, midwives, physiotherapists, social prescribing link workers and a host of other health and care roles.

Bringing their passion for personalised care together with their experience, our ambassadors – who have been brought in for their expertise and enthusiasm – will be working with us to keep personalised care high on the agenda of professionals across the health and care sector, and to inspire them to start their personalised care training journey.

Through this exciting new partnership, the PCI ambassadors will have a unique opportunity to increase their impact across their profession by inspiring their peers to learn more about personalised care, so that they can empower their patients to have more control over their treatment and improve health outcomes.

We know that personalised care – and switching the focus from “what’s the matter with you” to “what matters to you” – leads to better patient outcomes and we’re thrilled to welcome our new cohort of ambassadors to help carry this message further across the health and care sector. We have no doubt that they will inspire their networks to join the thousands of learners who have already completed our training modules. We’re excited for what we can achieve together
