National organisation recruiting for Clinical Director to lead clinical strategy

The Personalised Care Institute (PCI) is the home of personalised care training.  In its first year, the PCI has established an accreditation service for third-party personalised care training courses, developed the first personalised care curriculum in the UK and supported thousands of learners.

The institute has recently marked its first anniversary, and is now recruiting a new Clinical Director to join its small team, lead the  clinical strategy and support the next phase of its  mission to train 75,000 clinicians and professionals across health and care by 2024.

Requirements for the role include excellent communication, chairing and spokesperson skills, strong experience of developing high-quality education which leads to behaviour change, and an in-depth understanding of primary, secondary and community care.

This is a part-time role for a compassionate leader and experienced professional with an education background, who is passionate about personalised care and working collaboratively with more than 40 partners from across health and care to achieve our shared goal.

Evidence shows  that personalised care – and switching the focus from “what’s the matter with you” to “what matters to you” – leads to better patient outcomes.  The PCI  is excited to develop its  team during  the next phase of its  mission to bring personalised care to more people.

Applications close on 27th October, and details of how to apply can be found in the PDF document below.
