Personalised Care Week 2026

Personalised Care Week is going to look a little different this year...

We are excited to announce the exciting webinars taking place during Personalised Care Week 2026! From 21st to 24th September, we’ll be hosting six special webinars exploring how personalised care is supporting neighbourhood health, workforce development, long-term condition management and integrated working.

While in previous years we’ve rounded off the week with our Annual Personalised Care Conference, this year’s conference has been moved to February 2027.

This means we’ll be bringing you a dedicated week of webinars in September 2026, followed by our Annual Personalised Care Conference in February 2027. More details about the conference will be shared shortly.

In the meantime, there’s plenty to get involved with! Take a look at the webinars below to find out more and explore some of the other opportunities, resources and activities taking place as part of Personalised Care Week.

Personalised Care Week Spotlight Videos for Health and Wellbeing Coaches

Expanding on our current webinar series and as a part of Personalised Care Week 2026, we’re delighted to showcase a selection of health and wellbeing coaching learning videos from some of the PCI’s Accredited Training Providers, exploring different aspects of health coaching and how it can support personalised care.
